1000 Suns Meditation
The Phoenix and the Dragon Meditation - Opening the portal to the Central Sun and beyond.
As we begin to open up the portal of our sacred temples through the golden dome above our head, supported by the columns of time and space.
Held within the breath of the divine that moves through us into the space of our temple.
We ascend our bodies into our light bodies through the beating of our hearts.
This tempo moves us deeper into the chamber of our hearts where the well spring of love begins to over pour creating a cascading water full of light.
We follow this light as it moves down into the earth below us into the center of the earth the mother heart.
We move and merge with this fluid light into a cave made of star dust and crystal that make the space glow with multi colored light.
FOR YOUR HEART IS MADE UP OF A THOUSAND STARS
THE SUN OF YOUR BELLY FUELS THE SUN IN YOUR HEART INTO A MILLION STARS, FOR YOUR HEART IS MADE OF OF A THOUSANDS SUNS
The light melts into a great river that follows deep into this illuminated cave of STAR DUST.
HERE AT THE SHORE WAITING FOR YOUR PRESENCE IS THE MIGHTY
SUN DRAGON AND SITTING UPON HER IS YOUR YONGER SELF.
A younger version of your self in this life time or from another lifetime

You approach this mystical being and sit upon her golden back putting your arms around the younger version of yourself -
Together you begin to soar through the portal in the cave moving into the

3RD CHAKRA
As we look into this golden egg within the center is a great colored light that is the light of your fire - stare into the light and feel and sense the color.
What Color is it ? Sense this color move formthe center of this egg into your hands, than yoru arms, legs, torso as it moves into the pores of your skin.
Then sense this light fill the space your in.
Than you place this golden egg within your belly.
THIS IS THE GOLDEN EGG OF THE GREAT PHOENIX THAT RIDE ABOVE AND BECOMES THE OBSERVER.
THIRD ENERGY CHAKRA WITH THE SEED OF ALL OF THE SUNS
WE RISE ABOVE ANY OBSTACLES - FEARS- MEMORIES THAT HAVE HELD US BACK.
THAT HAS CREATED FEAR- UNCERTAINTY AND A LACK OF MENTALITY
